Composers Collaborative presents “Serious Immobilities”
This 24 hour set of 840 variations for piano by Arthur Jarvinen based on Satie’s Vexations co-existing with Randy Woolf’s Spineless Dog for improvised electronics and loop ambiances add up to a truly cerebral experience.  Organized by Jed Distler, yours truly will be playing from 7-8AM on June 21 – the 24th hour, which culminates with a reading of Jarvinen’s philosophical musings of what it’s all been about…. more on this as described by The New Yorker.
